Access, ownership and getting started

You should retain ownership of your Google Business Profile. Where possible, access is shared through the platform’s user-management tools, without sending passwords through an enquiry form. To begin, send your website address, the name shown on Google and the services you want the profile to represent. Tell us about any recent change of address, trading name or phone number. Accurate starting information helps avoid carrying an old mistake into new updates.
